Windows PC:
1) Place scanner into pairing mode by scanning the Bluetooth Keyboard Emulation barcode or by holding down the bluetooth button (circular button) until scanner beeps and blue light flashes quickly.
2) On your PC, go to settings --> bluetooth settings. Make sure bluetooth is on and locate the CS3070 scanner in available devices list.
3) Once selected, your computer should generate a pin code (in some cases you will be asked to create your own pin code.
4) Use numerical barcode paper provided to scan in the pin code with the scanner and finish by scanning the enter barcode. Your scanner should now be paired with your computer.
Mac PC:
1) Place scanner into pairing mode by scanning the Bluetooth Keyboard Emulation barcode or by holding down the bluetooth button (circular button) until scanner beeps and blue light flashes quickly.
2) On your PC, go to settings --> bluetooth settings. Make sure bluetooth is on and locate the CS3070 scanner in available devices list.

4) Use numerical barcode paper provided to scan in the pin code with the scanner and finish by scanning the enter barcode.
5) Your MAC may prompt you to run through a keyboard setup. You can simply close out of this.
6) Your scanner should now be paired with your MAC.
Pairing using Android:
Reset your Scanner:
1) Turn on the bar code scanner.
2) Press and hold the trigger button while pressing the power button. After 15 seconds, the scanner will beep.
3) Release the trigger button. The scanner will beep 5 times and power off.
4) Turn the scanner back on and scan the bar code below:
Removing Prefix or Suffix:
1) Connect scanner via USB to computer.
2) Go to your computer's files and locate the CS3070 scanner
2) Open parameters folder --> configuration file
3) Locate the prefix and suffix lines and leave blank after the equal signs if you do not want a prefix or suffix. If you do want a prefix or suffix, put desired symbol between single quotations i.e. '$'
