Ordering
We ship our orders out daily Monday – Friday and occasionally ship on weekends and holidays. If your order is submitted to us by 12pm EST. on those days it will ship out the same day you place your order!
Because we ship daily most orders will arrive within 5 business days. You can follow your orders progress with the tracking information that is provided via email after the item has shipped.

Your order will be packed and shipped from our 40,000 square foot warehouse located in Maryland, just outside Baltimore.
All of our orders have a 30-day return window where the product can be sent back to us for a full refund.

All of our transactions are based in USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Yeah of course; please send us a message as soon as possible, since we usually ship the item in less than 24 hrs and most of the order ship the same day, But if we are unable to cancel the order, rest assured that we will refund the purchase price once you send us the item back and received it at our warehouse.
Shipping
Yeah we ship to all US States, simply checkout as usual and select your state as normal. All delivery options are displayed in the checkout process.

Due to high demand of our products, please allow 03- 05 days for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact us.
Orders are usually processed and shipped same-day or the next business day of purchase. We do our best to get the product to you as soon as possible. With such huge demand on these products. You should get a tracking number in your email once it ships. We know you are looking forward to your awesome purchase. One thing we guarantee is product delivery. Delivery
We will email and/or text your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
If something is missing, please contact us immediately.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Usually, we will send you a free Return Label, once we receive the returned items, if the fault fall on us, we will issue you a full refund.
otherwise, we will deduct the Return label cost from the total Refund.
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
