• For all products sold in NEW condition, Simple Cell will stand behind the products manufacturer warranty even if the manufacturer will not.
• Customer must 1st contact the manufacturer to inquire about the product warranty.
• If the manufacturer denies the warranty claim, the customer should send the details of the denial to Simple Cell.
• Simple Cell will review the claim and the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and assist the customer with their product.
• If it is deemed that the product would be covered under the existing manufacturer warranty and the only reason for denial by the manufacturer was because the product was purchased from Simple Cell. Simple Cell will then honor the manufacturer's warranty or refund the product.
