Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless - Hard Reset & Pairing

Hard Reset Instructions:
1) Place both earbuds in the case with it being open.
2) Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds, LED indicator light will start flashing red and white.
3) Release the button.
4) The LED indicator light will continue to flash white. Your headphones are now reset, you will need to re-pair to the devices 

Pairing Instructions:
1) Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on the device you are trying to connect with & keep earphones within 2 inches of device.
2) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
3) Press and hold the system button (located front, interior of case) until LED blinks white (you are now in paring mode)
4) For Apple device: Follow notifications that appear on your device's screen.
For Android device: Open Bluetooth settings & select earphones.

Note: Headphones will produce audio only when in your ear physically. 

Registration:
You cannot register the headset using the serial number on the headphones as they are interchangeable. You can only register them using the serial number located on the case.
The serial number on the box is different as the packaging is recycled and may not be the original package that specific pair was in.
